The River Arts Center only exists because of over $2.5 million in fundraising and giving.   Our Sauk Prairie arts orginizations are mostly non-profit, and also only exist because of donors like you.  Please consider supporting the arts with monetary donations, or donations of time.

The River Arts Center is owned and operated by the Sauk Prairie School District.  While the majority of its operating budget comes from local tax dollars, nearly all of the budget for equipment maintenance and upgrades comes from rental revenue, and donations.  If you would like to make a donation to the River Arts Center, you can click here, or contact the managing director.

River Arts Inc began as a fundraising campaign to build the River Arts Center, and has since become a comprehensive arts organization in the Sauk Prairie area.  With a gallery and studio in downtown Prairie du Sac, the vast majority of their programming is separate from the River Arts Center.  They do produce a series of performances at the River Arts Center, as well as curate professional art exhibits in our Galleries.  Money donated to River Arts Inc does not directly benefit the River Arts Center.
